Lady in Red

Fabric: red shantung, purple satin lining. Approx 3m Pattern: Truly Victorian Photos taken by my mom So…things did not exactly go to plan. I used the Victorian Pagoda bodice but for some reason it turned out looking more 15th century/ren fair than actually Victorian. Gothy Chemise a la Reine

Pattern is from reconstructing history 819 “1783-93 Chemise Dress or chemise de la reine” Fabric used: linen that I dyed purple. It’s not the greatest quality ever (thanks Aliexpress) and neither is the dye job amazing, but it’s ok as a whole. Notions used: approx 10 yards of black lace that I ruffled. Creepy Edwardian Ensemble

Pattern used: Butterick B5970 for the skirt, simplicity 8250 for bolero Fabric used: Brocade and black polyester lining, 5m each. approx 2m of black satin for the ruffles.
